Hacienda Villa’s respite program gives families a helping hand. Whether you need a few days off or a couple of weeks after a hospital visit, we provide consistent, loving care to your loved one.

During a respite stay, residents receive one-on-one attention just like permanent residents: assistance with personal care, medication management, and plenty of social time. We include everything – a fully furnished room, nutritious meals, laundry, and scheduled activities – all at the same flat rate.

Our goal is to make the transition smooth: we familiarize your loved one with our home in advance, honoring their favorite snacks, bedtime, or music. We also keep families in the loop with regular updates. Each private bedroom at Hacienda Villa comes fully furnished with neutral decor, ready for your loved one to make it their own. Many residents add personal furniture, favorite chairs, family photos or quilts to surround them with familiarity. We have high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV already in place, so they can watch their favorite programs or video chat with family.

Our goal is for the room to feel like their own little home, so just let us know what they’d like to bring. It’s details like these that make our homey environment truly special.

At Hacienda Villa, we shine brightest during group activities. Residents regularly enjoy crafts like painting, beading, or card-making at our large dining table. Arts and crafts sessions keep hands busy and minds sharp, and they spark friendly conversation.

We plan scheduled activities daily so everyone can participate at their own pace. During crafting time, caregivers offer help as needed with scissors or large-grip tools. The result?
